1. Agreement
By accessing this website or using the Profit Intelligence platform, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a hotel or company, you confirm you have authority to do so. Platform use is also governed by your separate subscription agreement.
2. Use of the service
- You agree to use the website and platform lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse them.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You will not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use.
3. Accounts & access
Access rights to the platform are granted per your subscription and may be governed down to granular per-user permissions. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, website, software and all related materials remain the property of Profit Intelligence and BY Solutions. You retain ownership of your own data; we process it as set out in your agreement and our privacy policy.
5. Fees
Where applicable, fees, billing cycles and plan details are set out in your subscription agreement or quotation. See our pricing page for an overview.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation except as stated in your agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Termination of a paid subscription is handled under your agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
